Ended up at the Conference Hall where Santa

Would give his speech and tell the animals

Where they would train for the winter.

Sandra was a little bit late, and when she arrived,

Morgan and Rudolph were already seated

And had reserved a seat in the back

For her to be next to them.

"What happened ? You seemed long

In the Employer's Office, earlier, Rudolph admitted.

What happened ? It was loud, and I was worried

You had gotten into trouble."

"Well, I guess Santa's administration doesn't like

Transgender people, she said with disdain.

I had to prove them my gender not less than three times

Just to be considered. Anyways, I'm hired, and that's all that matters."

Sandra didn't talk any more. Morgan, as a non-binary frog,

Wanted to add something, but refrained themselves,

And the conference began when Santa Claus himself

Appeared on the pedestal to talk to his seasonal employees.

"Hello, everyone, he told his audience. Good morning, and welcome

To the Camp. Yesterday evening, you had the wonderful oppotunity

To visit our Palace and see what you're going to do for the winter.

In a couple of days, you know what job you can get."

"You applied for hopefully different positions, to increase your bets

On actually getting a job this year. However, don't worry too much,

This year, as I promised last year, the position numbers have increased,

And eventually, your chances of staying here are rising too."

"Anyways, good luck for whatever you asked too,

And a special shout-out to the people who are willing to do

The hardest jobs. But no matter what you do, how small or big,

Remember, we're a family."
