Advent Calendar #12 : Christmas Lights
Fairy lights on every house, and in every street,
Illuminating the dark sky where the moon reigns,
Giving warmth and colour when all is white and black
And sending hope all across the world.
When the days are shorts and the nights long,
And the cold is coming throught the windows,
People bundle up under warm blankets
Once the lights are up outside.
The lights represent the hope and the good,
A mirror of the sky and the stars above.
Maybe, if Santa Claus is lost when giving gifts,
He can always find back his way to houses, thanks to the lights.
